Shipping is free for all prepaid orders, while an additional charge of INR 99 will be applied for all COD orders.
For prepaid orders, it takes around 5-7 business days, whereas for orders with COD, it takes approximately 7-9 business days to reach you.
• You will get an email & text with your order's details and tracking information once it has been sent. You can either find it in the link provided to you or you can check it from the website.
• 24-48 hours after your purchase, your order leaves our warehouse and you may check on the progress of your shipment.

• Your items are first examined to guarantee they are in great condition after our system has processed your transaction.
• After passing all the quality inspections, they are packaged and given to our reliable delivery partner.
• The package is then delivered as soon as possible to you by one of our delivery partners. If they are unable to deliver to the address you specified or at the scheduled time, they will get in touch with you to work out a solution.

For all orders, our products are returnable and exchangeable only in case of damage. It’s important for you to record a one-minute 360 degree unpacking video. Based on the video, we accept requests for returns and replacements.
Order cancellation is possible until the point of shipping preparation. As long as the cancellation option is present on the website, or mobile site, you can cancel an order before it is dispatched. Once an order has been sent out or shipped, it cannot be canceled. If your order is prepaid, the refund would be generated within 3-5 business days. If you have placed a COD order then you can contact us for further discussion.
If you have any issues with the product and as well as you have submitted the 360 degree unpacking video with us, we can go through it and your order were to be exchanged or refunded, you will receive a refund in your original mode. If you do not want a refund, you can select the replacement option and we can proceed with that.
